Goods once sold will not be returned or exchanged. It is the responsibility of client to properly inspect/check the goods at time of order, payment and before accepting delivery.
No warranty claims will be entertained for any goods supplied unless otherwise stated in written for any sale transaction.
ZERO day warranty applies on electric parts or components of the supplied equipment. No warranty claims will be entertained.
Goods are supplied only after verbal/ written order from the client and Maxen Engineering Group is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances occurring after delivery of those goods. The client is solely responsible for the fair use of goods purchased.
The client is solely responsible for ensuring public, environmental and personal safety whatsoever while using any of the goods purchased from Maxen Engineering Group. Maxen Engineering Group is not responsible by any means for misuse, malfunction or related accident caused by use of any of the supplied goods.
In case of out station deliveries through third party cargo movers; Maxen Engineering Group will only facilitate such delivery on client particular request without risk and responsibility of any kind on its part.
If there is any damages on the goods during delivery or if the shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Maxen Engineering Group will not take any claims or bear damages of any kind.
The listed/quoted prices are exclusive of delivery charges and all taxes and that the taxes will apply on the listed/quoted prices as per the prevailing tax rates in Pakistan. NTN or CNIC is required for sale transactions.
